We offer tracked shipping to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping options, delivery estimates, and the final shipping cost are shown before payment.

For the Dominican Republic, the standard tracked shipping rate currently shown at checkout is USD 11.33. Rates and availability may change based on destination, order size, or carrier conditions.

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout when the order ships.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, or incorrect address information. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us at suheiri.beltre@hotmail.com with your order number and photos when applicable. We will help coordinate the next steps with the carrier.
